About
My name is Narayan Saimbi, and I am a recent law graduate from the University of York. I have written a variety of pieces for student newspaper Nouse, with a main focus on news and feature writing.
I run a culture magazine called Colour Theory, which focuses on books, film and tv and music. This publication looks at introspective questions that arise from these forms of media. Examples include the analysis of the theme of grief in a Sufjan Stevens project, or how a Netflix TV show asked questions about AI rights.
I will be pursuing an MA in Journalism starting September 2026, in order to earn my NQJ.
